Could you please confirm if its the enterprise version of McAfee programs that you want to remove or the consumer versions ? http://download.mcafee.com/products/licensed/cust_support_patches/MCPR.exe Run the tool as administrator (right click --> Run as Administrator) and follow on screen instructions.
