I have had this happen before and simply taking out the graphics card and putting it back in the computer fixed it for a solid 3 months. A system restore also did not work.... the weird thing is that although in the bsod i can see that it says that its making the dump, but there are no dumps to be seen anywhere! Your system configuration may be incorrect. In those cases you'll have to look at the actual Blue Screen to see what info you can get. A third party driver was identified as the probable root cause of this system error.
I'd suspect that it's more likely that a 3rd party service did something "bad" that caused win32k.sys to crash. Some common problems are exception code 0x80000003.
