What we can do is to take a couple of steps to eliminate known issues and check whether the issue returns. You can copy it as a file and I can use the windows debugger to look at it and see what windows thinks the problem is.
Posted over there about it since it seemed more suited there. Anything I can do replace the file without any discs?
